Information submitted through a form
When you use a Contact Sales or Contact Support form, FileFolders receives the information you provide. This may include your name, business or firm name, email address, role or help topic, and your message.
How information is used
Sales inquiries are used to respond to your request and discuss whether FileFolders may fit your workflow. Support requests are used to understand and respond to your question or issue. Form submissions are not intended for unrelated marketing lists.
Do not submit sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, confidential client documents, or other sensitive accounting records through the public contact forms.
Spam prevention and site operation
The site may temporarily process technical information, such as an internet address and submission timing, to reduce automated spam and protect the contact forms.
Questions or removal requests
Use the Contact Sales form for product inquiries, or the Contact Support form for an existing support request or removal question, subject to any recordkeeping requirements that may apply.
